You have an idea for a tech startup you want validated efficiently (using less time, less money). To help you do that, there are three tools you can use to focus on building the right things in a lean manner:

1. Lean Startup - Use a combination of business-hypothesis-driven experimentation, iterative product releases, and validated learning to test your idea with real customers.

2. Lean UX – Apply lean pricinples to your design process to focus on building things that add to a positive user experience, as opposed to churning out deliverables.

3. Agile Development – Manage your developers more efficiently by focusing on the right aspects of software development.

This class will help you reconcile the above three methodologies using simple tools that you can get started with right away.

I am the founder of Tinkerbox Studios; we have been building and managing tech products for 6 years, including startups and larger organizations.

I developed this talk as a presentation to share my experiences managing a small to medium size design and development team with the recent batch of Founder Institute participants in Singapore.

You will learn:
- What is product development
- What the Lean Startup, Lean UX and Agile Development methodologies are about
- How to evaluate your ideas and test them
- How to manage your product using Kanban boards
