Nanyang Polytechnic Chinese Orchestra (NYPCO) staged its first Korean pop music concert, K-Attack in 2011 and received overwhelming response. They followed-up with K-Attack II last year and it was another sold out concert.

This November, the Orchestra will once again perform hits from popular Korean bands such as TVXQ, JYJ, 2AM, 2PM and SNSD, etc! And don't miss the high-energy dance moves of hip-hop group Foreign Bodies as they make an appearance in this concert!

Formed in 1996, the Orchestra has grown from 45 members to the current 155 strong. Comprising full-time students as well as alumni, they together with their maestro, Mike Chiang, constantly challenge themselves by breaking out of traditional modes of Chinese music and exploring diverse repertoires over a range of genres such as Chinese and Japanese Pops and Western Classical music.

In collaboration with Esplanade - Theatres on the Bay.
