Art Stage Singapore returns for its 5th year at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre from Thursday through Sunday. Mosaic is on at the Gallery Theatre from Thursday through to Sunday. It is a story of relationships that unravel and betrayals over the course of a night. The Gruffalo a favourite with all children and parents starts this Thursday at SOTA Drama Centre and runs through to Sunday. untitled women by The Necessary Stage explores the way we exorcise pain and loss and is on at the Drama Centre Black Box on Friday and Saturday. Of course the biggest event on Singapore's calendar this weekend is the Laneway Festival at Gardens By The Bay on Saturday with 17 acts playing. Avenged Sevenfold play Sunday night at the Hard Rock Hotel. "Joy!" - Beethoven's 9th Symphony with the Braddell Heights Symphony Orchestra is on this Sunday at the Esplanade Concert Hall.
