Ghetto was destined that DJing would be his ultimate dream after having been introduced to turntablism by his mates. A dream chaser in all sense of the word, Ghetto’s hard work and unrelenting determination paid off when he started winning DJ battles, invited to do showcases and
eventually ended up as First Runner Up at the Singapore 2008 DMC World DJ Championships.

This gave him the boost to continue pursuing his dreams and refine his skills as a professional DJ. Following that, Ghetto proved his mettle when he was crowned Two-Time Singapore Champion at the most prestigious and internationally recognized DJ competition- DMC World DJ Championships 2009 & 2010. He moved on to represent Singapore for the DMC World Finals in London and made it to the quarter finals for World Supremacy.

With his long list of accolades and growing reputation as one of the best scratch DJs in Singapore's hip hop scene, Ghetto continues to fulfill his life-long passion, taking on packed out dance floors week in week out where he currently holds residency at Phuture. (one of the 5 outlets at Zouk)
Fitting the typical leather jacket-clad bad boy image, yet in reality a man of few words, Ghetto takes on the decks each time where his sleek chops, tight mixing and deft finger play continue to inspire and move the crowd weekly.

2012 sees Ghetto taking on new challenges along with the launch of the TEASE CD under music label, Universal Music, as part of the first anniversary of his regular Saturday night at Phuture.
