Datsik (often stylized as DatsiK) is the alias of Troy Beetles, a Dubstep DJ and music producer from British Columbia, Canada. His first release was in the spring of 2009. Like his fellow Canadian producers Excision and Downlink, with whom he often collaborates, the methods he uses to create his sounds is often the source of great debate among the EDM community.
