Inspired by the food and beverage section in its ongoing exhibition, Now Boarding: Experiencing Singapore through Travel, 1800s – 2000s, the National Museum worked with Kind Kones to bring you a refreshing vegan treat featuring a flavour derived from one of the plants in its prized William Farquhar Collection of Natural History Drawings. Five lucky visitors who can guess the correct flavour of the sorbet will also receive a $20 gift card courtesy of Kind Kones!
