Celebration of Mothers' Love – Mothers' Day Lunch by NAN 3

When a woman becomes a mother, her entire life looks different. Sleep certainly gets affected but what about meal times? No longer can mummies sit and enjoy slow, pleasant meals. Instead, cold food, hurried bites and stolen treats become the new normal.

In a new survey of more than 730 mothers in Singapore, 80% indicated that their relationship with food has drastically changed since having children. 73% of mums do not sit at the dining table for a full nutritious meal, while 33% of them eat whatever they can throughout the day to avoid "wasting time" on a sit-down meal.
