Held in conjunction with The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, this exclusive thought-leadership event platform will take the form of a live discussion: French chef Eric Ripert of Le Bernadin in New York, the 2017 World’s Best Female Chef Ana Roš and Tetsuya Wakuda of Waku Ghin at Marina Bay Sands will join Massimo Bottura and Daniela Soto-Innes to share more about their careers and discuss their philosophies regarding respect, mindfulness and happiness. Guests can look forward to special guest appearances as well as audience participation for a lively, interactive session.

Doors open at 6pm, and the talk will be held from 6:30 to 8pm.
