This June, the Singapore Writers Festival (SWF) and the Science Centre Singapore are proud to co-present the 11th edition of SWF POP – “Poets Among The Stars”. Surf the cosmos in this unique poetry reading in the Omni-Theatre by writers Ann Ang, Chairul Fahmy Hussaini, Christine Chia, Deborah Emmanuel, Desmond Kon, Jon Gresham, Loh Guan Liang and Teng Qian Xi as they read original poems set against a spectacular backdrop of space images on a giant dome screen.

Look forward to an enthralling audio-visual presentation of poetry brought to life using the world’s latest and brightest 8K digital planetarium system.

SWF POP is an outreach programme which aims to bring the Festival to where audiences are. Since our inception in April 2015, we have reached out to over 1,700 people through our previous 10 pop-up editions ranging from poetry readings to storytelling sessions to movie screenings.

Admission is free but registration is required at
