This February, Chef Jet Lo, Head Chef of Ding Dong teams up with Head Chefs of Trioka Sky Dining (Malaysia) and Alvart Restaurant (Spain), Chefs Christian Bauer and Alvar Ayuso, brings an unprecedented culinary experience to you, the befittingly named Six Hands Dinner. The three have come together to create a bespoke menu featuring nine tantalising courses, designed and paired with a special selection of wines for the Six Hands Dinner. Expect Chef Jet's signature modern twists on traditional flavours in the Iberico Pork Belly with Cucumber, Chilli and Garlic, while Chef Christian pushes your boundaries with his rendition of Roast Cod Milt, Mole Poblano, Chilli Fried Oats and Chef Alvar offers diners a taste of Catalan with his delicate Suquet. A selection of handpicked wines will be offered for the 9-course meal, to accompany the unique experience brought to you by this renowned team with remarkable individual achievements.
