Duxton Hill’s resident burger boss, MEATliquor, and Robertson Quay’s Southern Texas barbecue trailblazers, Decker Barbecue, will be collaborating for the ultimate Saturday meaty brunch session on 27th August, from 11:30am – 4pm at MEATliquor Sin.
Cheekily named MEATdecker, the event will see both restaurants combining their meatheads to whip up delicious dishes. The “steaks” are high and the heat is on for this afternoon of revelry. Affordably priced between $15 - $20++, expect a carefully curated and hearty selection of starters, sides, burgers and sandwiches to choose from. Fret not, for those insatiable cocktail crazies, MEATliqour’s best mixologists will be ready to prepare refreshing quirky libations specially concocted for MEATdecker.
Highlighting the day is the Triple Decker, a gloriously messy pitmaster special. This triple threat features low and slow smoked chopped brisket, pulled pork and sausage piled high on a soft roll with coleslaw and all your regular fixins'. Satisfying any meat lovers’ appetite by three folds.
As well as consuming enough protein to make bodybuilders envious, guests can expect fun surprises, lucky dips and for the daring, an eating competition that promises a bounty for the hungriest and most competitive of them all.
