This 2-hour session introduces you to your energy body - it's as important, if not more important than the physical body you know from young. Understand how stress and dis-ease first starts from the energy level and over time, creates the common ailments causing our physical body to suffer. Knowledge and understanding are the first steps towards taking back ownership of our own health and happiness.
