Goshen Art Gallery welcomes you and your guest to our new pop-up store opening at the Suntec City Mall. Nearly 10 months after its incumbency at Orchard Road, Goshen Art Gallery moves into yet another bigger space at Suntec City Mall. Located at the Tropics Atrium, the 1200sqft space allows Mr. Jack Yu, Director and Curator of Goshen Art Gallery, to organise art exhibitions and events at a much spacious environment. The new location also caters to the corporate and C-suites working in the area, and believe to draw a larger audience with its monthly activities happening in the gallery. “This new pop-up store is what I have been dreaming of; it will give a new perspective of how art gallery can be run, and with new artist and exhibitions we plan to represent and curate over the next year, it will give art enthusiasts a new experience when visiting our art gallery” said Mr Yu.

In conjunction with the gallery’s opening, the debut show “Colours of the World – Expressions by Simon Yong” is a break away from traditional artworks we see at Goshen Art Gallery over the last 10 months.

Colours of the World – Expressions by Simon Yong

Having travelled the world in search of artistic inspiration, Simon Yong returns with his latest creation of abstract art that taps into a fundamental, primitive part of our existence - the part of us that experiences life without words, beyond language and transcending definitions.

Though by training and by nature an advocate of Graphic styles of advertising and computer art, Simon Yong has in this new collection of works softened and matured to a contemporary blending of many different media and moods. By utilizing the pure elements of form, colour, line, texture, pattern, composition and process, Simon’s artwork is a true expression of artists’ freedom and flexibility in expressing the world views and inner realities.

This exhibition of recent works by Simon Yong will provide a lingering inspiration for art lovers and collectors.
