Active ageing, ageing gracefully – these are common phrases we would often hear when we discuss about the silver population in Singapore.
In this talk, we will be looking at the changing landscape of Singapore’s ageing population and learn about how technology and services evolve to meet the needs of this silvering trend. Industry speakers will share on how our national standard developments support the living, healthcare and communication infrastructure to facilitate active ageing and the growing market opportunities brought about by the third age consumers.
This is brought to you by spring Singapore and National Library Board.
Time: 10am-12pm, with refreshments
Mr Robert Chew, Chairman of Silver Industry Standards Committee
Mr Calvin Chan, Senior Lecturer at SIM University
