On Valentine’s Day, Dehesa will have a party celebrating anti-Valentine’s and all things not of the norm associated with this day.
Starting from 2pm, get ready to commit culinary adultery at Dehesa’s first Valentine Rebellion street party. Chef JP’s trademark nose to tail delicacies and piece-de-resistance whole roast pig (having roasted for at least six succulent hours) are served up alongside ice cold Estrella beer, wines and freshly made churros galore.
Making it an afternoon where the love of food replaces the niceties of romance - in other words no exchanging of chocolates, flowers and certainly no canoodling - Valentine Sunday at Dehesa will be a throwback to the Renaissance parties of the medieval era, where food, drinks and life were celebrated with unadulterated glee.
Priced at $130++ free flow per person, the Dehesa Valentine Rebellion will be held only on 14 February from 2pm onwards.
