ChateauAsia in collaboration with Chef Janice Wong brings you this unique event of Champagne with Dim Sum pairing.
During the event, our guests will be served with at least four Champagnes:
- Perrier Jouet Belle Epoque 2007: On top of a lovely painted bottle, this 2007 cuvee is the fruit of an astonishing year.
- Perrier Jouet Blason Rose: A beautiful fresh salmon pink Champagne with intense fruit aromas followed by subtle floral notes. Lively wine with a complex finish
- Taittinger Prelude: Perfect blend of Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Multi-awarded it has been selected to be the Champagne for the First Class of Singapore Airlines - 90 points by Parker.
- Ruinart Blanc de Blanc: The iconic Champagne from Ruinart house, 100% Chardonnay. Ruinart being the oldest house of Champagne.
Chef Janice Wong, recently named Asia’s Best Pastry Chef has customised a full tasting menu that can be best paired with the Champagnes being served. She will introduce her creations and also share her expertise about Dim Sum.
The event is a seated dinner and will be held at the Chef’s restaurant. Guests will be able to enjoy the evening comfortably.
