A Grateful Heart: Meditation Through Art

With Sofy Rahman , Founder Coloursutra x Shamsiah Samsudin , Founder Bliss+Bless

Gratitude opens the way for abundance and makes you feel happier when you start to count all the blessings you already have and is one of the best ways to improve your relationship with yourself, others, towards health and wealth.

What We Will Discover

We start with meditation to bring you to a space of gratitude after which you'll create your very own healing mandala and craft it into a scrapbook fold album containing your writings on what you're grateful for.

This is a gift that is healing for you on so many levels and you will also help to heal others in the workshop by sharing a simple gratitude wish for them.

All scrapbook materials, Healthy snacks and tea provided
Bring your own 5cm*5cm photos if you'd like to include in the album.

Energy exchange :$55/pax or $100/2pax

Sofy Rahman , Author & Founder of Coloursutra

Based in Doha, Qatar from 2006- 2010 as a Qatar Airways flight attendant had taught Sofy a lot about being independent yet never forgetting her roots and her loved ones in Singapore.

Taught her to be receptive and accepting to different cultures, religion, nationalities which made her flying career beautiful.

In total , Sofy had spent 8 years as a flight attendant including the one in Singapore's regional airline, Silkair.

Sofy was heavily inspired by the remnants of ancient Carthage which left its mark from the Bay of Tunis to the vibrant street life of La Rambla in the heart of Barcelona.

Her love for wanderlust adventures and her zest for life has led her to unforgettable journeys; from being chosen to participate in the Mrs Singapore World 2014/15 pageant to winning awards for her design work.

She is very much grateful for her past as it has paved way for an abundance of opportunities for her present and future.

And of course, she is very much looking forward to share inspirations, experiences , knowledge through her eyes.

She believes that no one should ever forget the joy of art and that simplicity makes for less stress and more happiness.
