A joint celebration awaits Singapore’s diverse culinary scene, as the little red dot and boCHINche turns 51 and three respectively. To commemorate this joyous occasion, chef patron Diego Jacquet, will once again host a Six Hands Dinner following a resounding success for the series’ launch earlier in June.
In this edition of Six Hands Dinner Round 2, chef Diego will be collaborating with two outstanding chefs; Singapore’s very own Chef and Owner Bjorn Shen of Artichoke, and Executive Chef Carlos Montobbio of Esquina. This specially curated 5-course dinner is set to take guests on a gastronomic adventure, reflecting the city’s diversity, and acceptance of her ever-changing culinary scene.
