Changes in life are inevitable. We seem to be going through more and more of them these days. When big changes happen, we often get thrown off balance especially when our daily lives are already so busy.
Whether you are going through major changes, feeling lost or at a big cross road in life, this mini workshop will guide you how to re-connect with yourself and find strength, courage and wisdom from within you as you move forward.
The 5 major elements that I have learned in going through changes in life, I call them The Compass. The Compass helps grounding oneself, finding peace in mind and heart, making decisions aligned to our truths, being clear of who we are, seeing with a clear mind and feeling with an open heart, finding strength and courage within ourselves at challenging times…
