Make Your Own Egyptian Cartouche & Face Painting
Venue National Museum of Singapore, Create Space, Level 3

Inspired by the Egyptian collection from the Treasures of the World exhibition, experience what it is like to be an Egyptian. Learn how to write in hieroglyphics with your own cartouche. What's more, you can get your face painted and become a Pharaoh for the day!

This activity is free. Limited to the first 500 children on a first-come, first-served basis.

Celebrating the festivities with Singapore’s Heritage Coffee

Way before the world of complex coffee lingo was introduced to Singapore, Singaporeans were enjoying coffee roasted with a dollop of butter. Learn how the tradition of butter coffee has transcended over time with the coffee enthusiast from 7Kickstart.

Come explore and reminisce about Singapore's past by gaining insight into the activities and games that many Singaporean children who lived in kampong communities used to participate in. We have game stations that feature games like batu selembat, chapteh, zero-point, and many more. Show your children a game or two and share your growing up years with them to warm the hearts.

This programme is free. Please register on-site one hour before session starts. Each workshop is limited to 20 parent-and-child pairs.
