Life can be confusing and difficult. Sometimes people feel lost and stuck in their jobs, not knowing what their true passion is. Sometimes people get disconnected from others, not knowing how to deepen relationships with their loved ones. Sometimes people hit roadblocks, and lose the drive to pursue their goals. Coaching inspires individuals to triumph over challenges and circumstances through a thought-provoking and co-creative conversation.
Coaching is a powerful process to transform human potential into tangible results in reality, however, due to prohibitive costs, its benefits have typically been limited to C-level executives and professional athletes. Having benefited from coaching, a group of passionate volunteers is organising an outreach campaign to make coaching more accessible to the public, so that more people can be inspired to overcome life’s challenges.
Coaching enables you to:
- Find your direction or calling in life, or a career path that fulfills you
- Excel in your field, increase capacity and performance, or get a promotion
- Have more clarity to make important decisions
- Develop and leverage your strengths and talents
- Have more deeply satisfying relationships with loved ones and yourself
- Grow and evolve
- Understand yourself, life, and the world
From 24 to 30 November 2015, Kelvin Lim, Southeast Asia’s Pioneer Master Coach and founder of Executive Coach International, will be offering coaching for free to the public as part of his ongoing efforts to champion coaching, reach out, and bring light to people’s lives. He will be located at Raffles Place Park daily from 11:30am-5:30pm, and anyone is free to approach him.
